quantity over quality

Honestly, I have enough of all that big file size having parts of my youtube videos and decide to upload 10 minute long videos like before and slightly reduce video quality. The main reason for this decision is my lame internet connection that breaks down once I upload files. It’s impossible for me to surf the web while uploading and I try to reduce the amount of time needed for upload. The next videos will still have a runtime of about 15 to 18 minutes with the highest HD quality. Sooner or later, especially after my Dead Space Let’s Play, you will face 10 to 15 minute long videos again with moderate lower file size and quality. If super high HD quality is the reason for you to watch my videos, then I’m sorry. It was a great time to have you as audience. All the others… well… enjoy the videos! ;)

Last bits to Earth 2140
Not many people around the world know Earth 2140. If you ask gamers from Poland or Germany, that experienced the 90s, “Do you remember Earth 2140?”, the answer almost will be “Yes, I do. It was a hell of a realistic war game!”. Ask someone younger or not in europe born gamer, then the answer will always be “Earth 2, What?”. The embarrassing Windows XP re-releases of Zuzzex in 2006 took its part to let people say only bad things about the game which was once titled as the hardest and most challenging and realistic real-time strategy game ever made. The crippled artificial intelligence from the XP release that lets the computer enemy sit back and do nothing is criticized by longtime fans for more than 4 years now, without any statement or fix released from Zuzzex or the third party company which modified the game for XP itself.
My Blog – 2010 in review
The stats helper monkeys at WordPress mulled over how my blog did in 2010, and here’s a high level summary of its overall blog health:
My History of Mapdesign
Cool picture above, eh? Its a great shot from one single room that I made with the Doom3 radiant in 2003. Any idea what it could be? Whatever it is, it looks pretty cool dont you think? Designing maps for Doom3 and later Quake4 was a little hobby of mine. I tried to express myself, like I always do in my life.
shogo MAD intro song translation
I dug deep into japanese websites about video games and found the translation of the intro song. I had no results by searching english websites. I don’t speak japanese myself and I have to trust that the translation, found on a japanese site is correct, eh? Please note that the following translation seems to be taken from the complete song, which is 3:31 minutes in total.
I left because of my free will
I left gameanyone because of my free will. I still have the notice that I wrote to skorch82 saved as a text file. Who to hell told you this strange rumor? I really would like to know. Maybe I release my pm on my blog to stop this rumors.
statement about leaving gameanyone
Some people may know already that I have left gameanyone.com. I thought at first it would be okay to just leave things how they were and not giving away any statement about the reasons. I was wrong and really need to vent my mind. Before you ask yourself what gamanyone is and what I have done there, then let me explain. It is a site for people to view and contribute Lets plays and video walkthroughs. The site offers people to submit into a team of directors and to get featured their guides. I was one of this directors over there.
