My Let’s Plays of 2012

Let’s Play Complete: Thief – The Dark Project

Hey everyone, Joey here to tell you about my latest completed Let’s Play. Thief – The Dark Project is done with a total amount of 36 videos and a total playtime of over 7 hours. The most rescent questions I get asked by my subscribers always is “Do you continue with part 2 of the game?” and my answer is always “Yes, I will!”. But as always, it will take some time until I finished new parts and I didn’t started yet. In the meantime, have fun with the Let’s Play. I know there are indeed many people that see it through and watch one part after another. Beware, Let’s Plays can always be long and watching 7 hours in a row is not what I suggest you. Anyways, let’s get started, watch the guide from the beginning and leave a comment here and then.

You’ll find the full playlist on the left navigation bar here on my blog. You can of course watch the final episode too below. Enjoy!

Happy new Year 2012!

A3D’s Diablo Let’s Play

Hey everyone, this is my now complete 30 part long Let’s Play for the original Diablo without the Hellfire AddOn played as Rogue. I don’t like the neat additions of Hellfire like the oils, runes for weapons and different difficulties. I mean, I didn’t had these additions as Diablo got released between the mid and late 90s. My friends and I played it that way. All I ever wanted is to deliver memories of the great games I played back then, and what would be better than playing a game like you used to in the past? I guess nothing!

How to start my own let’s plays?

That is the question I get asked the most. Many newcomers are interested in starting their own Let’s Plays. Video game videowalkthroughs with narration by themselves. This is no in-depth how-to and only represents my thoughts instead of hard-written procedures. Before starting your own Let’s plays, you need to make the difference between equipment and personal requierments. Hardware and/or software tools needed may cost some money, too. Enough introduction, since I think you know what you’re searching for, right?

what happened to the promised let’s plays of 2010?

I announced many projects during 2010 and just the half of this projects made it into action. The main reason seemed to be that I am just a lazy person, but after some thinking I came to the conclusion: The main reason for so many projects getting aborted was my retirement as gameanyone contributor. Most of the guides that I recorded and made commentary for were already marked with the gameanyone watermark. I didn’t wanted to upload videos with a watermark for a site, which I was going to leave very  soon.

future lets play and coexistence

The next game I am going to lets play while uploading is once again the first part of a game series. I lets played system shock for example, because I ever wanted to play system shock 2. I thought it would be rude to start over with the second part of a series, without to give my audience the plot and happenings of the first one. It also gave me the chance to finally finish sshock1 in my life.

New Lets play: Resident Evil

The reason for me to buy a Sony Playstation. My best buddy brought his PS to my home with Resident Evil 2. I saw him playing and I loved the game. It was something I have never seen before. Short after, I luckily found the first RE in the supermarket for PC. My mom bought it for me, since the game got a 18+ rating here in germany. I enjoyed playing it much.

Lets play: SHOGO Mobile Armor Division

You are one of these poor guys that lost his friends and love during a war between Shogo and The Fallen. You are a good soldier, but you are an idiot too that does not see through the whole thing. The admiral chooses you to deal with his dirty work. That is pretty cool because you get the chance to choose between four types of Mecha to accomplish your given tasks.
