A3D’s Diablo Let’s Play

Hey everyone, this is my now complete 30 part long Let’s Play for the original Diablo without the Hellfire AddOn played as Rogue. I don’t like the neat additions of Hellfire like the oils, runes for weapons and different difficulties. I mean, I didn’t had these additions as Diablo got released between the mid and late 90s. My friends and I played it that way. All I ever wanted is to deliver memories of the great games I played back then, and what would be better than playing a game like you used to in the past? I guess nothing!

A3D just plays: Thief II – The Metal Age (2000;FP;Stealth-Action)

This is what I’m excessively play right now. As addition to my original Thief Collection, I just downloaded the Keepers Collection Pack, a fan made package, including all three games plus DualCoreFix and graphic / script additions to improve upon the already revolutionary vanilla releases.

Thief is still the first game series that uses light, shadows and sound as leading game mechanics, challenging the player to be sneaky and silent, while reaching his goals. Combat abilities are pretty limited and open combat with guards, mechanist creations, zombies or other creatures should always be the last resort if the player is caught.

You’re a master thief and it’s obvious that playing the game on a lower difficulty than Expert should not be an option.

A3D just plays: Z (1996;RTS) – Demo Gameplay

Hello readers, today you see me just playing the demo level of the RTS game called “Z” – no joke! – which was released in 1996 and produced by The Bitmap Brothers. I had many games where I thought I would never beat them and Z definitely belongs into this category since it is hard as fag.

You have the command on the red robot army which attacks planets of other robot armies that are mostly colored in blue. Hey wait, does it mean Halo never really invented the old clash between Red vs Blue team? Interesting.

Anyways, most remarkable in the game is the General Zod who treats his soldiers like shit during the cutscenes and doesn’t even refuse to use foul language. But with these two douchebags in his crew, who wouldn’t? Too bad, he doesn’t have an appearance in the demo, but the robots still curse as if they will never see another dawn.

Okay, it’s one of my early videos, but you never hear me or not hear me this speechless because of hard concentrating. Enjoy!

A3D favourites: Thief – The Dark Project (1997;FPS;Stealth-Action)

The first A3D favourites video and the beginning of a new series, inspired by Gamefreakblog‘s favourites series. Today I take on a bit of Mission #5 from the very revolutionary first-person stealth-action game ever made: Thief – The Dark Project.  A journey through sound and shadows among thieves and steampunk.
